Acceptable dance wear Girls: tights and a leotard, shorts or skirts may be worn over the leotard. No T-shirts or tanks. Boys: jazz pants or shorts and a tank top or fitted t-shirt. Shoes Pink Ballet Shoes are required for all ballet classes, kinderdance and tots classes. Kinderdance 2 & 3, ages 6-9 wear Bloch tan tap shoes. Ages 10 & up, wear black Leo or Bloch tap shoes. (If you are not sure if your class needs tan or black please ask your teacher.) Acro classes may go barefoot with stirrup or convertible tights. Jazz classes wear black slip on jazz shoes. Hip hop may wear jazz sneakers Lyrical and modern wear footundies or barefoot. Clogging classes may wear black tap shoes, advanced clogging needs steven stomper's taps. Hair All hair must be pulled up and off the neck. Jewelry Dangling jewelry should not me worn. No jewelry in acro classes.
